Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I became a massage therapist over a decade ago because I knew in my heart my calling was to help others. Little did I know just how rewarding it would be serving others and helping them get out of pain. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist I have expanded my skills to include many other modalities to enhance the therapeutic experience for my clients.

I’ve increased my education through hundreds of continuing education hours and a extra certifications like Yoga Teacher Training, Hypnotherapy, Qigong, Food Healing, Reiki, Aroma touch technique, Myofascial and Neuromuscular techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Thai Yoga Massage, and many more.
